Two of the bedrooms are downstairs while the Master Suite occupies the entirety of the upstairs in the home, giving it a private, studio-like feel. All of the bedrooms have private, ensuite bathrooms. Sweeping ocean & neighborhood views from the Master suite and private balcony that overlook the backyard and the luxe pool. The sparkling salt water pool is a rare thing for the area and is ideal for summer days with friends. The exterior landscape is worthy of its own description – expansive green lawns, manicured hedges, sago palms & olive trees, roses & camellias, cascading rosemary & plumeria all come together to make a delightful setting that feels somehow both luxurious and carefree.
