There is no A/C, but the building is insulated. The tenant can use the area between the two buildings for parking (4 spaces), but no parking is allowed in front of the Front building. Monthly rent is $4000. The Tenant will pay the separately metered PG&E bill and the trash. The landlord will pay the water bill and retains the right to occasionally use the tenant’s trash. The tenant will have gated access to their portion of the property. There is a shower on-site.
